He begins by talking about how scientists have helped in the war and how important they were in making some of the weapons and other devices that are used in the wars today. He believes once peace is reached a lot of this high trained and good scientists are not going to have anything to do and that nobody talks about this subject matter. He talks about how technology is there and upcoming but we do not always take advantage of it. He talks about how they in depthly record everything they do and the process for that is being modified to make it better and faster.
