Childs History of Fluxus

Dick Higgins made this a very easy read. It was quick and got to the point in an easy way. By the way Dick Higgins writes you can tell he is a Fluxus artist himself. Fluxus is an international network of artists, composers and designers noted for blending different artistic media and disciplines in the 1960s. Dick mentioned that fluxus was not just in one part of the world but this movement of artists took place all over the world. He explained how they would make art out of simple everyday things and make it sound or look beautiful. He explains how you can pretty take things as easy as a coffee cup or normal sound and make it sound like a piece of art.
